Our 1700sqft industrial photography studio and event space is in the heart of PECKHAM, South London. Featuring a beautiful shoot kitchen, super high 5 metre ceilings, huge double height floor to ceiling windows, on street parking and various modern, vintage and industrial furniture, props and wall panels to use. We want you to make yourselves at home and create your best work here.

A new beautiful & industrial space, offering varied shoot set-ups, under one big roof.
THE KITCHEN
9 metres x 8 metres of floor space + outside balcony
Our shoot kitchen is a brand new purpose built functioning kitchen set, with everything a food stylist, chef or content creator could dream of for making the most delicious food.
You’ll find everything you could need in here - the kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you need to make your shoot a success. Huge amounts of counter space with a large range cooker, additional oven and camera-facing induction hob, no shot list is too big to handle. Large american fridge freezer, plus additional fridge and freezer for hire. Pantry trolleys so you can see all your ingredients at a glance, and more. See the essential equipment list here.
Right next to our kitchen we have an impressive floor to ceiling west-facing 9 metre wide and 4 metre tall window. This provides an abundance of natural light and plenty of space to shoot right next to.
If this wasn’t enough, the large window opens up onto our private balcony. This is where our outdoor cooking facilities will soon live with pizza oven and BBQ coming soon.
THE BLANK CANVAS
7 metres x 7 metres of floor space
Our blank canvas space boasts two ready made 5m x 5m corner flat walls, to allow you creative freedom to build your own set, and plenty of space to move around it.
You can either keep the walls white, or choose to paint them any colours you like. Depending on studio availability, we’re happy to provide a painting service before you arrive,
Our aim is to have everything a photographer, stylist or director could need in studio to make their lives as easy as possible and create their best work yet.

DESIGNED WITH FLEXIBILITY IN MIND
The studio has many areas to shoot in - park up by the large windows for natural light photography, or be immersed in the blank canvas area. Our shoot kitchen has an island on wheels with two different painted styles - dark green, and rusty pink - or you can move it out of the way entirely. We have a rolling background wall which can be used as a backdrop anywhere in the studio. Reconfigure the space how it suits you.
FEATURES
MODERN & FUNCTIONAL SHOOT KITCHEN.
Our kitchen is top of the range, with high end appliances from Stoves and Tefal. The design includes a moveable island, with different options for colours of cupboards on either side… paired with neutral oak cupboards as a backrop. Our ceramic Dekton surface is both sophisticated and hard-wearing and the exposed white brick walls with reclaimed open wooden shelves are ready to be dressed for a sleek industrial apartment look, with cupboards full of all of the kitchen equipment you could imagine.
VERSATILE ADDITIONAL FOOD PREP AREA.
We realise that having a functional shoot kitchen is great, but we also know that it can be difficult to prepare food on set. That is why we have an additional prep area adjacent to the kitchen set - so your food stylist has plenty of space to work, featuring additional counter tops, oven, and mobile induction hobs. There is a separate utility area for washing up with a large dishwasher.
SPACIOUS & COSY LOFT APARTMENT SETTING.
We have made the space around the shoot kitchen comfortable and home-like, with sofas and dining table to both relax into and shoot. This provides you with everything a location setting might offer, with all the benefits of shooting in a studio.
LOADS OF SPACE TO UNPACK PROPS.
For props stylists, we have deep large shelving to display their props onto, and extra trestle tables too. We have ready made large flats that can be used and painted on request, as well as testle legs and options for coloramas in studio.
LARGE OPEN PLAN SHOOT SPACE.
We have built two 5m(h) x 5m(w) walls joined together, and there is an open plan floor space of 8m x 8m around it. Our ceilings reach 5 meters, meaning there is an abundance of space here for photographers to get their lights as high up and far back as needed for a large set.
HAIR AND MAKEUP & CLIENT MEZZANINE
We offer fashion stylists clothes rails for wardrobe and an optional private dressing room for models. Our upper mezzanine has a large mirrored desk for HMUAs and 5 desk spaces available for clients to plug in away from the shoot and get some much needed work done.

SUPPER CLUBS & EVENTS
Our studio is a perfect dry-hire venue for chefs, brands and pop-ups. We can accomodate up to 40 guests seated, and 100 guests standing. We have long trestle tables and benches, all the serveware and cookware needed to make your event a success.
TESTING & STUDENTS
We offer discounted rates for testing and students. We support young creatives in south east london and are always happy to discuss upcoming projects and how we can let the space work for you.

There is plenty of on street parking, right outside the studio, There is also a limited amount of free on steet parking on the adjacent road. Ask for details.
BIKE STORAGE
We have bike storage facilities in the lockable courtyard.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We are close by to Peckham Rye Overground Station, Bermondsey Underground Station or Elephant & Castle Underground Station.
You can Lime/Forest Bike from Peckham Rye in 5 minutes, or walk in less than 20 minutes.
Alternatively, various bus services run from all of the above stations… The quickest is Peckham Rye and takes 15 minutes from station to door.
