Hello, we are the SIDEYS. We are a Peckham based wife + wife creative duo, that have been working together since 2014. We specialise in bringing fun and energy to any shot - producing beautiful images that make you hungry and ready to get stuck in. We host photoshoots like we host dinner parties - with enthusiasm, humour and great food.
Saskia is a leading Food stylist, Content Creator and Recipe Writer, working frequently with online video publications like Mob, Buzzfeed and Tastemade. She has recorded hundreds of viral recipe hits, viewed and loved by millions. She is a published author and ghost writer, regular contributor to editorial publications and has a background in publicity and brand strategy for top food brands.
Jo is a Photographer and Director, with an eye for creating energy whilst directing motion or shooting still life. She has shot everything from cookbooks, magazine editorial pieces, influential social & PR campaigns as well as huge billboard images. Jo’s career started in food branding, design & illustration - previously Head of Design for LEON and Natoora, her variety of creative skills and experience are vast and feed one another constantly.
With a combined 30 years of experience in the London food scene - Jo and Saskia hand pick a variety of industry leading stylists and producers to join them on each project. They deliberately create a unique team for each client, so no two brands feel the same. When a client comes to Sideys they arrive at a one stop shop for their creative.

ABOUT JO
Commercial Food, Drink & Portrait Photographer
Jo has an eye for creating movement in still life. Her images evoke the joy and pleasure that food brings to people, capturing the moments worthy of a photograph. She has shot cookbooks, editorial magazines, influential social campaigns and billboard images.
Born in the North West of England, Jo was raised in her father’s photography studio. Her photographic style has evolved from her design work, filling the frame with hyper-real colours, dynamic composition and a sense of vibrant energy that brings her images to life.
For all commercial work, Jo is represented by photography agent At Rare.
ABOUT SASKIA
Food stylist, Art Director, Recipe Writer & Content Creator
Saskia has been working in the food industry for 12 years. She trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine and is available for lifestyle, editorial and conceptual food styling both in print and moving-image with lots of experience in food social content.
Saskia has written three cookbooks, Broke Vegan, Broke Vegan Speedy and Vegan Slow Cooker (although she is an omnivore!). Saskia also writes for clients, helping other chefs and brands bring their recipes to life. She has co-written books with MOB, Joe Wicks and other anonymous brands. She often share recipes on her Instagram + TikTok and is available for hire as a freelance content creator, or for UGC videos.
