Branding

Creating new brand identities for food & drink concepts has been something we have loved doing since the beginning. Along with our partners and designers we can help you to establish a concrete mission, align your vision and get to the core essence of who you are as a brand.

We offer everything from logo design to a complete brand bible - creating everything you could need to make an impact.

Art Direction

SIDEYS are available for art direction on and off set. We’re connected with a bunch of incredible creative such as set builders, food stylists, prop stylists, fashion stylists, hair & make-up artists and videographers. We will help you to achieve any style that suits your brief. We keep our finger on the pulse of everything in the industry to create diverse directions that stand out.

Recipe Writing

Simple twists, bold flavours and nostalgic tastes are key elements of Saskia’s food style. Her debut cookbook Broke Vegan became a best seller in January 2021, after being featured on Sunday Brunch. However, whilst she can write an amazing vegan recipe, she is very much an omnivore.

As well as writing her own cookbook, Saskia also writes and develops recipes for other major authors - such as MOB and Joe Wicks. She also develops and writes recipes for editorial publications such as BBC Food, Ocado Magazine and Co-Op Magazine.

Food Styling

Whether you’re after stunning lifestyle and editorial images of your menu or product, or if you want to create conceptual feats of engineering with food, Saskia is just as comfortable with cooking and styling amazing food as she is hanging 100 donuts from the ceiling or carving gems from jelly. With a no-job-too-big-or-too-small attitude, Saskia can bring your vision to life.

Recipe Video Content

Saskia has worked as a freelance food specialist for Mob, Buzzfeed Tasty and Tastemade since 2018, creating endless viral recipe content. Saskia can film her own recipes, or work with a larger team to host content. You can see example recipes that she has created in her recipe portfolio here.
